Design of starting motor test-bed for vehicle

چکیده
In this paper, magnetic powder brake is used to load the starting motor in design of test bed, so that loading and transmission stable reliable. The star type elastic coupling connect reduce vibration noise. At same time, high precision speed torque sensor improve accuracy data testing motor. After test, report can be generated automatically stored. reliability simulation calculation verified by debugging continuous operation which provides an effective experimental basis for research similar products.
